Wall art

What is the difference between a digital download and a physical print?

A digital download gives you files to print yourself. A physical print is produced and posted to you by our specialist print-on-demand partner. Frames are not included.

What sizes are physical prints available in?

Available sizes are shown in the variation menu on each physical Etsy listing. Our current ranges generally include A4, A3 and A2; check the individual listing before ordering.

When do I receive a digital download?

Etsy makes the files available after payment is confirmed. No physical item is posted for a digital listing.

Can I return a digital download?

Because digital files are supplied immediately, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged. Please read the Etsy listing carefully before buying and contact us if there is a technical problem.

Will colours look exactly the same on screen and in print?

Small differences can occur because screens and printers reproduce colour differently. We prepare artwork carefully, but exact screen-to-print matching cannot be guaranteed.

3D-printed objects

Where are the headphone stands made?

They are designed, 3D printed and checked in our UK studio.

What are they made from?

Our current headphone stands are printed in PLA. Fine layer lines are a normal feature of the 3D-printing process.

Can I request another colour?

Yes. Contact us before ordering and we will check whether your preferred filament colour is available.

Are headphones included?

No. Headphones shown in photographs are for demonstration and scale only.

Why can hand-painted finishes vary?

Each painted stand is finished by hand. Slight differences in the metallic highlights are natural and are part of what makes the piece individual.

How long will my order take?

Processing and estimated delivery dates are shown on the Etsy listing and at checkout. Made-to-order and hand-painted items need production time before dispatch.
